You can order production of dishes from one unit
If you don’t see an item in stock in my shop, or you have an idea for a dish you’d like me to make, send me a message!
Most often, dishes are ordered from me to give as gifts (you can choose the shape, color, drawing, signature).
Prices for individual orders are not much different from existing products, but some production time is required. This is usually one calendar week. Therefore, if you need individual dishes, for example, as a gift, it is important to discuss this in advance (ideally 1.5–2 weeks).
Terms of order fulfillment
Order fulfillment time depends on several factors:
The technology of creating ceramic dishes is a sequence of long processes that cannot be interrupted. Therefore, the fastest option to buy dishes from me is to choose from what is available (in my online store, the MADE WITH BRAVERY store or, if you are from Kyiv, in the VSI. SVOI store on Khreshchatyk 34 – Anastasiya Solokha brand).
But if you need something customized (for example, to sign a gift, or tableware for a restaurant, etc.), below are the approximate times:
1. You need one or a small number of plates/cups similar to those you have already seen from me – in this case, the production period will be from 3 to 7 days.
2. If you want something completely unusual and you have not yet fully decided, then we need time to create samples. One sample can take 3-5 days. And after you approve the sample, it takes another 3-7 days to complete the order.
3. For large orders, the delivery time is negotiated individually. But, for example, a full set of dishes for a restaurant is usually made in 2-4 months.

Delivery and payment
I try to ship orders as quickly as possible
I send the order in any convenient way for you (Your local delivery, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Delivery and other delivery services).
I pack my dishes very well, but even if something does break, all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer. Do not be afraid of this and order, please!
